    Govind258 , Aug 9, 2018 :
I have TWRP 3.2.1-0-enchilada flashed on Oxygen OS 5.1.9. Recently, I have noticed that I have been unable to transfer file from my PC to my device when in the recovery mode. I have already tried reinstalling the ADB Drivers as well. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

why , all of that !
while phone on , enable " usb debugging " ( in developer mode ) , connect to PC , pull down notification , select " transfer files "
go to windows explorer , click on" this PC " , you will find your phone hard drive there , copy and paste ( in folder you choose )

I'd highly recommend to install 3.2.3.0 instead of your outdated version. Moreover, such a question would be more likely to be answered in the XDA forums. Mtp is currently buggy as far as I know.

What exactly happened was I had formatted my phone from twrp for a clean flash and had nothing on my device. When I tried to transfer the OS from my pc to my device, my pc wouldn't recognise my device. I flashed the device from bootloader but wanted to know if the twrp issue could be fixed

Go to recovery and use sideload to flash your rom, trwp does not support mtp

TWRP does not support MTP however boot into TWRP, unplug your data cable, wait 10 seconds, plug back in. Works for me every time 3.2.1

Then you need to ensure that you are using correct commands and proper methods. If you are sure that you are using correct methods then I'm not sure how to help since I haven't faced any problems ever

Go to official twrp site and check instructions and Google fastboot commands to flash zip files

There's no screen shot. Like I said in my last post, search for fastboot commands and flash zip
