    ninaansh , Apr 28, 2018 :
today I updated my phone phone in morning with 60% battery then by evening it was 52% and still nearly at 9:00pm also it was showing 52% and then it shut down automatically without any warning of low battery...what is the issue and how do I solve it...or it was just a one time random problem which is solved just after when I recharged it back?

Post the battery usage statistic screenshot, without that how can we understand what's eating your battery.

    just do these 2 things..

First: Go to setting->storage and memory (scroll down)-> cached data(click and clear the cache).

    and then
Second: Wipe the cache partition by following step.

    1. Turn the phone off(unplugg the charger if charging).
    2. Hold Power and Volume Down
    3. English (or pick any language that you want)
    4. Wipe data & cache
    5. Wipe cache
    6. Yes
    7. Reboot.
