Today I have got the best battery backup of all times.

I have got 8hrs of SOT and ended up with 20% battery after 38 hrs of charging. This is too good to believe by even me.

Its at 60hz display and RAM boost off with sleep standby optimization on. Never switched on battery saver in these 38 hrs.

    Attaching screenshots for reference.

    Hi all,
this night I was on airplane mode but I see that I still lose battery life (12% using battery savior + closing all the app).
And when I look at the App, I have a "-5" app. Am I the only one with this app?

    hi ,

-5 is hotspot. Generally hotspot uses more battery .

thank you for the feedback. And yes, I have to share data connection to have a good wifi to work. So now I understand. But I still don't know why in 8 hours, I lose 12% using airplane mode. Usually it is between 3 to 5.

I requested a repair from oneplus. They replaced the battery. The issue still remains. The phone has been factory reset aswell, and there is still a HUGE battery drain when idle. Battery will drain in 7 hours from 100% to 0%, even when i am not using the phone at all.

My Oneplus 7T's battery is draining very fast. In standby mode, about 15% in an hour. When my phone is turned off overnight, the battery can drain from 60% all the way to 0%.

I have sent in my phone for repair by oneplus, where they replaced the battery and due to 'slow charging.' The issue still remains, and even after a factory reset, the phone still loses huge amounts of percentage (~ 60%) overnight even when the phone is turned off.

Does anyone have any tips or know what the reason may be, or what next steps i should take? Is it a software bug or a hardware fault (even though the battery got replaced?)

I had the same problem. Updated my Oneplus 7T to Oxygen 10.0.11 and the battery got worse. Before it could last approximately 48 hours with 5/6 hours sot. After this update the battery can only last 24 hours with 2.5/3 hours sot. My phone was just a week old and I thought the problem was the phone, so I brought it back and got a new one. Now it's running on Oxygen 10.0.8 and it will last 48 hours again. So I think the problem is the new update.
