    Hi,Thanks for posting in Google help forums,Go to Settings > Security & Privacy> Device admin Apps > Select App ,
    “Deactivate this device admin App” Tap on and Deactivate > Deactivate all Apps temporarily,

    Go to Settings> Apps & notifications> App info > Google play store > Force stop> Storage> Clear cache> Clear data> Uninstall updates,

    Return to Settings > Apps and Notifications > Apps manager>
    Scroll down to>
    Google play services >3 Dot Menu at top right> Uninstall Updates > finish,

    Pull down the notification bar and select “ Update Google play services “ prompt,

    Or,
    Open the link and update Google play services,

    Update Google play services >Go to Settings>>>> Find my device and other Apps activate.

    Still problem persist,Reset the Device to Factory Settings.

    This will not degrade Android phone Version.

    Try following these steps. Many have eliminated battery draining problem by doing this.
