Depends on what you use the phone for. It is funny people buy 120Hz phone and then set it to 60Hz. Why didn't you buy a lower spec phone instead?

This is 2020. You can leave everything ON. They don't impact your battery life significantly, unlike in the past when the technology wasn't as developed as it is today. It is a smartphone and you should use it like one.

Sure. Use it like as it is meant to be used. Else you are simply missing out on the experience that it is designed to give.

You don't have to configure all those things. The OS knows how to manage them. And your screen is not refreshing at 120Hz all the time. The OS keeps switching it based on what you are doing at any given point of time.

As with battery, yes one should charge it before it drops below 15%.

I have a doubt regarding that if we put one refresh rate and does something that refresh rate will not want then it automatically switches back is that u saying then it's great

Look what is written on the settings page itself. You are only setting the 'maximum' refresh rate. Your display won't keep refreshing at that rate all the time. It will switch dynamically based on what is going on in the screen at any given point of time. So despite setting at 120Hz, if you are simply reading a news article, the OS will switch it to 60Hz until you do something that is graphically more intensive.
