    OnePlus 8 T mobile getting heat badly while streaming video. If this is going to continue then I have to ask for a replacement first and then I am ok to return the phone with no refund. What was the expectations from OnePlus and what and how you have designed the phone seriously it's annoying. And what is this sound(Actually vibration) inside the system for each notification, alarm, while playing music and more. Never seen such issues while using OnePlus 6,7T. Please answer.

    Did anyone from Amazon came to your place I too have asked for replacement.One puls has ditched us this time...earlier Amazon went on with straight replacement don't know what technician will inspect.

    Where did you buy the phone. I bought it online and unable to return> i also fell for the glowing reviews. My OP6 was superb for initial year. 8T drains a lot of juice even though phone is in idle state

    Can i place a replacement request in Amazon
    Or Just wait for updates
    This is the first time i spend 40k+ for a phone

    Starting to feel all these *famous* youtubers have been bought. I also spent money on a 1500 case that I have somehow sell on OLX.
    I bought from Amazon online. I placed a replacement request there and now I'm trying to change that to a refund than a replacement.
    Staying very clear of OnePlus phones and Amazon for a while now.
    I expect my OnePlus 5 to last easily another 6 months or so.
    Still getting 5.5 hrs SOT on moderate usage after 3 years.

    Yes even i used oneplus 6 before and it was giving good battery back up for a year. But this OP8T battery drains instantly even in an idle stage. all famous youtubers says andriod needs to adjust to the usage and it will give good SOT. I am using this from 5 days and the drain is like anything.

    Purschased 8T with lot of expectations but earlier I was using OnePlus 6 for more than 2 years that device in was not heating that much but 8t does heat alot even after causal browsing the temperature reaches around the range of 38 which I am thinking of switching the device with samsung s20 Fe edition on Amazon now please suggest what to do

    No such issue in my device... May be device specific issue... If you have received recent incremental update 11.0.1.2 then wait until the background optimization takes place. Otherwise

    If the camera is your priority then go for s20 FE otherwise nothing special in FE... You can't spend 50k for old Exynos processor with a plastic back, 25-watt charger and Android 10...(if you live in India)

    They don't even introduce Snapdragon processor version in India like Europe etc. But although you have to spend some extra bucks for Snapdragon processor. If this is yours budget then definitely go for OnePlus 8pro. You will get 8pro on discounted price... Till now its flagship for 2020... With excellent camera.

    Even I am experiencing the same. Battery drains super fast with pretty normal usage. Not sure why. I am using with 60hz and not using any always ON display nor I am using any social apps except WhatsApp that too pretty less in a day. With such usage I end up with just 10-15% at the end of the day around 12AM with a full charge at around morning 8-9AM. Standby battery drain is also pretty high. I am bought it with so much of expectations and excitement, now I feel low on confidence. Would request OnePlus to figure out some optimization regarding this. I hope you would too.

    Same here battery drains a lot. Just for watching prime video for 14 mins 7% battery drain and 21 mins YouTube 12% drain. I am really disappointed with this op8T performance and not able to judge because few people posts saying they are getting 8 hours SOT. Many users have this issue hope OnePlus resolves this issues in next software update.

    Don't know iam getting good sot while plying games(dead trigger 2,asphalt 9) and i watched a whole series of episodes social media evrything I switched both 60/120 at certain times no overheating or battry idle drain also 2percent at night and problem I faced is when notification comes,watching video on phones speaker with full volume there is vibration kind of sound which is higher something like hollow sound but in vibrate mode no issues
