This phone has heating issue. It starts heating within 15 minutes of normal usage. Also apps doesn't install due to storage issue whereas i have around 200 gb storage available. Updated the latest update but still facing the same issue.

I chose not to hide the camera but during calls it hides the top portion which makes the screen look small and ugly.

Video calling option is not working while making calls.

Hope the next update will solve this issues.

I bought this device on December first, 2020. Ever since then I'm so concerned about its battery. Sometimes I get six hours of screen usage time, some other times between four and six. My friend who bought the same device gets a much longer battery life than mine. I don't play games. The wifi is kept on for the entire day. I do the usual things. Yesterday, I planned to check how much battery percent I'd lose during the night. Screenshots Taken in the morning after 7 hours of sleep. The battery level was 77% something while I left for sleep and on the morning when I checked, it was 66%. The wifi was Off. Nothing was happening on the device during that time. Do I need to replace the phone? If required, what should I do to get it replaced?

    Hello!
Looking to the screenshots, I think that is not that bad having 66% after 1.50h of screen on.
Ideally, it should bring to almost 6 hours in total.

By the way, one thing we should keep in mind on those kind of calculation is that every single phone has a different power consumption basing on how strong phone signal is.
If the phone is in a place with weak signal, it will continue to search for a better one and this drain battery.
So is not easy to compare different phones in different places. Anyway, I still believe that 6 hours are a good compromise.
Oh... I've just noticed that you are using dual sim...that means you have another drain from the second one too...
