After the latest update of OS11, I have noticed that my phone battery is draining very quickly. Now I need to charge my phone twice a day despite the same usage as before. Look into this matter. It's a serious issue and need to be addressed immediately

My OnePlus device is still under 2 years of warrenty and I found that my battery is not working so good like before.

I used OnePlus diagnosis app and battery health is only 79% with Mark as Serious loss. Please refer attached screenshot.

Will service center replace the battery or not???

Service center is 60km away from my location and that is not good to go if they just give excuses

Lithium Ion battery degradation is normal, 80% capacity after 500 load cycles is normal. To have longevity keep the charge between 20-80%. Do not overcharge or deep discharge as that significantly reduces battery life. This is considered normal wear and tear is generally NOT covered by warranty.

I discussed with customers care and they toll that you can go and replace as your device is under warranty.

Anything below 80% is not heathy and you have complete 2 years of warrenty for device which is not expired yet..

    Any comments will be welcomed

Any solution yet? I didn't have this problem when my phone was empty. But now that I have a few pictures and videos in my phone, it drains 30-40% of my battery. Please patch this quick OnePlus. Either add an option to downgrade to android 10 or delete this app. ASAP.
