    No. OnePlus 8T comes with Google communications suite. The call recording notification is to ensure the other person has the fair right to privacy.
    Just like you would expect no one should record your conversation privately, same rights apply for other party.

    Being professional is explain to your client why do you need to record a call, doing it secretly is the opposite of being professional, if you cant explain why do you need to record a call, then you should not do it.

    Automatic call recording us a major missing here on OnePlus. My 8T can record calls but u have to manually do it. And it also speaks out loudly that the call is being recorded which is easily audible by the other party.

    Recently switched from Samsung and I'm really missing the feature. I used the feature to remember what important things I have to do as I forget things easily.

    I guess inclusion of Google dialer in 8T has caused this issue. The old OnePlus dialer used have this feature. Kindly provide us with the same feature back again!!

    Can be used for personal usage. As the user also is a party in the whole recording. Recording own things isn't a crime I guess. Yes misusing or public usage of the data is illegal completely without the consent of the other party.

    Yes that's why it can't be used for anything else than personal records. There isn't a law for that till now as far as I remember.

    Guys I'm planning on buying an 8T. Can anyone of you plz tell if video calling option is available in the Google dialer for networks like Jio, Airtel etc in India.
    I wanted to mean native video calling.

    Yes, native video calling is available using the Google Dialer...
