Is it also possible that I can get contacted by DM? I'm having very similiar issues, my SOT usually varies between 2 and 4 hours.

I also have alot of problems with my oneplus 9 pro.
Programs that needs to be stopped manually all the time because of battery drain. Heat problems when i use it in my car window for navigation..impossible for navigation when the sun shines because of that. Screen dimming without having the auto screen enabled (after some time it gets back to normal).
So far im dissapointed.. my old OP6 was rock solid compared to this new and supposedly better phone.

I suppose the auto brightness is also affected by "overheating protection" (which always lowering the brightness during heating and is pretty useless since the device itself is hot almost all the time I'm using it)

The Dimming problem is known. Been seeing others writing about that problem aswell. Sure its off on my phone. I very seldom use auto brigthness adjustment because it gets to dark inside IMO. I Think heating problems might also cause this.

Well I don't have that kind of problem mine just works perfectly fine maybe it depends on what update you are I'm on and this one is more stable then the rest of them

How long can you record video (4K 120 fps) constantly? I will get anything from 7 to 18 minutes at a time depending on ambient temperature and it will overheat preventing the capture of video until it's cooled down. Try it, I'm still on too. Also, you shouldn't say someone can't have problem with their device if you use it either in colder or warmer ambient temperature with different usage pattern and different software.

There is a problem with heating with OnePlus 9Pro. It has definitely improved with the 7 updates already being done within 50 days. This heating issue is widespread with cases coming in from Europe and US. In India it is really a big issue. Planning to get it replaced.

I also have various heating issues with my OP9 Pro device, the same issues as users commented before (such as unusable Google Maps navigation when the sun is shining) but even in very trivial situations such as browsing Twitter or updating apps on the Play Store (can't use the hot phone in the meanwhile).

I noticed most of them after the last update (11.2.66). I have to add that here in my part of Germany the temperatures have risen up to 34 degrees celsius for the first time this year in the last few days, which obviously worsened the situation for my phone. This is also why I can't even imagine how bad the situation must be for some of you Indian guys where it is constantly hot. However, I am very disappointed with these circumstances since this is my first OP phone after years of using exclusively Samsung Galaxy phones which have served me very well (even in the summers).

I am very unsure ... have now had the op9 pro for about 3 days and get an SOT of approx. 3-4hours at 100% charge (whether by quick charge or "normal") ... The battery statistics tell me nothing special about the high consumption.
I have also tried to improve something over 60 or 120hz - unsuccessful.
    OOS installed.
Is that normal or should I complain about the phone ?!

So many factors play a role. Sometimes additional apps like GSam can show more info that helps in getting a better overview. But it would require some digging around to know if its reasonable or not. And that might not be an easy task.

Slightly over 6h SoT here. But without knowing further details these screenshots and the SoT does not say much anyway.

My guide mentions a few tips. For example the manual optimize command via adb or letting it finish the optimize automatically while being on the charger.
