These are fine but why isn't theres a default OP Dailler app in my OP 9? I use to have it in my OP 8 is it that OP has to give an on air update for this apps too?

8 series was the last phone when Oneplus own apps. So that they left their own apps is not new thing. Eventually this could mean they will kill the apps completely when all phones with Oneplus phone and messages will reach End of Life.

This is bad they just can't do this just like that so you mean to say that all 9 series owners will no longer use these OP own apps?

Well... If they want to switch they can't because there will never be a good time to do it? Sooner or later it must be done or change can never happen anywhere on anything. The first Nord was the first one with Google Communication Suite.
There have been post here explaining how to install Oneplus apps on 9 series. But sooner or later that will not be an option because the apps eventually could stop being updated

It's google mandate to install their own messaging and phone app. Their messaging app has rcs feature which is similar to imessages on iphone. They're trying to build an ecosystem like that. All Android phones from end of 2020 has google apps for messaging. You can side load OnePlus apps if you want.

You can Download oneplus dialer apk and install it, those who don't want Google apps. OnePlus dialer app works fine on both OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 pro.

If you haven't found one post where I don't agree with Oneplus you haven't looked enough. Doesn't mean I complain and demand everything to stay the same as before. Some stuff I like or dislike more than others. Stuff change all the time.
Oneplus is already working together with Google to improve the phone app and messages. For example increased functionality of the recording feature.
Personally I never liked Oneplus Messages. I used Textra for a long time on 7 Pro -> 8 Pro and later Google Messages even on 8 Pro. I didn't complain and tried to force Oneplus Messages to be something it was not. I even installed Google Phone on 8 Pro just to get a feeling on how the feature would be like.
I have a feeling some won't quit complaining until they either get Oneplus apps or turn Google apps into working the same way. I doubt that will happen. It would be easier just to get used to it.

I personally only use Oneplus launcher for tests. Otherwise I use a launcher built for simplicity OR much more customisations.
I dislike being forced to have Google Feed from the side. I'd rather have Shelf there or have the feature some Indian devices had that allowed toggle Shelf on/off that replaced Feed. But it is the way it is. I'm not going to complain and try to turn over Oneplus to my ways.

I have in several places mentioned my thoughts about Horizon Lights that it's more or less useless unless looking strait at the phone to see the light. Again I share my thought and views. No complaining and trying to get it my way.

I share my views and ideas and discuss. I report my bugs. Nag and complain is not my style.
If I like something I use it if not I don't.

That 12°C was a walk outdoors at around 8°C.
Right now indoors at around 20°C.
CPU/SoC at 30°C and below and battery at 25°C. Being here and using Firefox browser for hours.
I haven't been able to find a moment where it overheats yet even indoors. And that includes thermal throttling tests. But I bet there are a few situations that needs to improve on that point. I don't know what exactly since I haven't replicated such situations yet. The best tests I can do at the moment is in around 20°C. Too cold outdoors.
