    My Nord 2 heats up while charging.Please bring an update to decrease the heating while charging.Also I don't use the phone at all while charging.
    You guys should bring an update to slow charge the phone so as to increase the durability of the battery as we don't always require fast charging.There should be an option to charge fast or charge slow.
    And please resolve the battery heating issue while charging.

    Mine one heats so much while charging.And I don't use the phone while charging.They should give users a choice to fast charge or slow charge as it will ensure longetivity of the battery.

    I completely agree with you on this.As i was gifted Nord 2 from my parents on 13 September.The phone is great but it heats like crazy while charging.I think its due to the 65 watt charging.I dont want my phone to be heated rather i will prefer to charge with 30w charger if it remains cool.

    They should bring an update as soon as possible.
    I had a oneplus 6 and there was no such issue of heating of battery while charging.I also think if we charge the phone at night we dont require fast charging so yes they should give an option for slow charging in the next update.
    the phone nord 2 is nice but battey draining and heating is its major issue.

    There is also poor battery optimization as the battery life is below average compared to oneplus 6.I guess this time oneplus missed it.If they will not address its customers and take holistic feedback and ban them or delete their posts then i think oneplus is heading toward the fate of nokia.
    If they ban me me for saying the truth i will take this issue to twitter.

    I bought the new Nord 2 at the time of its launch, over the time the battery durability has decreased. Since a while it only provide 4-5 on screen time which has deteriorated over the time. I am even facing gallery related issue the images take too long to load, have use earlier nord and other one plus phone never felt such time lag in loading images on preview screen of the one plus gallery.
