Had some issues with the Battery. After deleting cache and 0-100% Charge it is working fine, even with GPS always on!

Is there any way to buy a real OnePlus battery for 3? And I don't mean the $10 knock offs on ebay.

As a test today I left wifi off. Battery still drained significantly. 31min screen time. Looking at the graph below it shows wifi on or scanning. Wonder if it has to do with scanning for location?

Before the update with normal use during work hours I would be around 75-78% at the end of the work day.

Wife also has a 3T and she has the same battery drain.

4% isn't that great a battery drain anyway? When I ever have any issues with Google Play I clear the apps cache/memory and also uninstall and then reinstall the app updates, after a day or so it then settles down to normal battery drain.

    I'm using Oreo, Oxygen 5.0.5 in 3T
but science the last update, phone battery draining faster then ever!! Phone getting hot even a simple app run.. Seems.. i'm playing 3rd person game!!
Also it's showing Google High power consumption notification rapidly.. & suggest force stop.

The phone battery is drained by only 20% out of which 4% is for Google Play services. Already cleared apps cache and data but still it consumes the highest amount of battery.

Why can this only be discussed in this thread when theres 400+ pages...

Anyway, I'm getting terrible batterylife on my OP3T, around 3 hours of SOT on average (I used to get 5-7 hours back in April of 2017 when I got the phone).

I'm not going to bother reading this entire thread since I've wiped cache, I've checked that I don't have any unnecessary apps or apps that drain a lot of battery except for Snapchat (which shouldn't be a problem since I don't even use it much) and I've never charged my phone over night. I don't use location services much at all and I use bluetooth for less than 2 hours every day.
