    You can explain the problem
You use the phone when it is charging
You check the connectors are clean
    ?

I do not see something serious in the battery, a lot of consumption: youtube and instagram
You can take the phone to a service center to have it reviewed

He keeps giving the same answer to everyone and ignoring the fact that it often doesn't do anything. Try clearing cache from recovery and then reply back:

    1. First of all turn off your phone. and get into the recovery menu.
    2. Now, to get into recovery menu. Press Volume Down + Power Button. And keep on holding the buttons till you get into recovery menu.
    3. Select Language.
    4. Use volume buttons to navigate to Clear Cache/Data. and use the power button to select this option.
    5. Now you will see two separate options, One will clear cache of your OnePlus device other one will delete all the data present in your phone.
    6. Select Wipe Cache Option.
    7. Reboot your phone.

I followed this procedure yesterday afternoon. And charged my phone to 100% again at night!
    Today it's working!

Feel much better now with the battery performance!

Good to know how you like to suggest placebos

Ever considered the actual reboot might be fixing it?

I have tried rebooting, it didn't work whereas clearing cache did.

You should consider that it worked (like on previous occasions). Unlike the advice you keep throwing around. I already pointed out this on your thread and you decided to ignore it: I tried your method against this one. One worked, the other didn't. But you're too full of yourself to hear anything different.

You thread says clearing cache should worsen his issue. It helped.

    Where's yours?

Because the empiral evidence disproves your "let it charge overnight" advice while proving that clearing cache, if anything, at least does more than letting it charge.
