No idea if reverting to a previous version will fix it definitely, but you could try the info already given in this thread above. Or use the following info to revert. Both involve wiping the phone, so you would need to back it up first.

All Downgrades to earlier builds involve wiping the phone.

So you will need to backup your phone data.

Thanks to @ironass for putting this together and maintaining the thread.

This Link will guide you through the Downgrade process.

    After updated android 11.
    My battery usage gone
    from 100% to 35% in 4 hours.
During the 4 hours I didn't even touch my phone ............

    This is unacceptable. Fix it.

Check which apps are draining your battery, then stop them from running in the background using up your phones energy.

Only thing I have running is the face unlock.
Could this be the root cause ?

If apps thT don't need to run in the background are not set to optimised it may be any one or more of those that may cause it.

So after updating to Android 11, theres been a couple times where my phone will get progressively laggy within a span of a minute until it becomes completely unresponsive (but Spotify continues to play). After 5 mins it will restart itself and the battery will start draining fast (100-0) in 6hrs. Wiping system cache fixes it but the problem will eventually return when it freezes again.

I suspect it has something to do with the bluetooth as it always happens when im listening to spotify through TWS.

    Anyone else?

Download CPU-Z from the Play Store and screenshot the thermal tab.

A factory reset is always recommended after every major android upgrade. If you can't perform a factory reset for some reasons then you should atleast try clearing the system cache from the recovery mode to avoid such bugs and issues.
