    Its been like a month for me. Lost randomly and all download content was lost.
    Tried flash a lot of firmware including oos10 , beta etc. Still no fix. Wtf is OnePlus doing?

    I was on oos 11 ob3 and when I reverted back to oos 10 (10.3.8) my widevine status has changed to L3 I don't know why it happened as I have never unlocked my bootloader since I have bought this and i have tried all the methods of flashing like MSM tool, ob2 to oos10 revert zip, etc.

    any help regarding this will be very useful, thanks.

    These are some possible solutions i found posted in another thread about L1 that worked for some.. But no guarantee if any will work for you. I've had L1 on beta and stable so it seems to be a random thing.

    Yeah, it was a long shot, they can't seem to figure it out on all of their series. Then no choice but to go to a service center if you can, or wait for the next update and hope it's back to L1. You can also contact support, i've read from several others they had it fixed by remote control that way.

    Hy I am Using One Plus 8T and Today when I play Netflix It shows that It can't play Video In HD and the maximum resolution of it SD the same thing happened with the amazon prime .And the widevine L1 is shifted to L3.

    i had this issue for 2 months...got this fix today

    disconnect from network, reconnect, restart and wait for 20secs.

    2 days ago I contacted Oneplus support in Denmark and the told me that the phone should be flashed in their service center and even if I wait future update, the issue won't be resolved. I'm sending it next week.

    I upgraded my OP 7t to android 11 yesterday, but now it's not playing or downloading hd content on netflix or amazon prime. My settings are set to HD. I remember my OP5 had this issue, but it had to be sent to OnePlus to fix it. What nonsense is this?
