Best you can do is provide feedback, and possibly visit a service centre/contact support

After updating to june update also in which they have provided fixed the issue for HD streaming on various platforms the widevine is not upgraded to L1 from L3. Still it is on L3 only after installing Netflix and Amazon prime again and clearing phone cache also.

This is really pathetic support from OnePlus. 7T is a flagship device and OnePlus claims to be market leader in India, but what's the benefit? I am still stuck on Widevine Level 3 after latest fix which was supposed to fix this issue. What kind of software team OnePlus have? And please enlightened people of forum, don't point me towards different threads, I have tried all the workarounds and issue is still there. I was able to search and experiment with solutions but not everyone is tech-savvy. Don't you think it is a poor behaviour from OnePlus side that customer is paying full subscription fee for good quality content but not able to enjoy it due OnePlus' trash software support.
Even their feedback tool is garbage. I just posted my concern and they have suggested to wait for July End Update. Are you serious? I have specifically mentioned release number. Are support people even reading feedback? This is definitely my last OnePlus device. I have already stopped at least 10 ppl from buying OnePlus devices already. Pathetic.

    Same with me bro.
I have received the same update. But still I am not able to play HD videos on Amazon prime and Netflix. It shows widewine L3 in DRM info.
Really disappointed with OnePlus. Didn't expect this from them.
