    Why is Nord 2 not playing videos in HDR quality in Netflix and Amazon Prime even after having widevine L1 certification.

    Amazon prime is playing best just at 480p 😔

    When will this bug be fixed

    And this is a bad service cause we expect these simple features to be usable just after unboxing.

    They fixed it today 5th August / check all updates,
    Now Amazon Prime Videos is working with FHD / 1080p!!

    Yes fixed for Amazon now... HD playback is available.

    For Netflix, i don't have the HDR plan but still in playback specifications it still says HDR capabilities as None. Maybe someone who has a HDR plan can confirm.

    I have the same issue after updating to 11.0.2.1GM21BA, OnePlus 7 Pro. Have tried all the methods mentioned here and still no luck, would love to provide more information if any OnePlus representative here asks, thanks.

    After getting the update for 11.0.2.1 also in which it is mentioned that this widevine L3 issue will be fixed still it is not fixed and still we are unable to watch HD streaming on prime video and Netflix.

    This is such a bad thing from oneplus. After waiting for 2 months also they haven't fixed this issue.
