    Go to Settings > Wi-Fi & internet > SIM & network > SIM 1 > and turn off Wi-Fi Calling.

    Ok, looks like you don't have wifi calling, so no switch to turn it off. For what its worth, I've had wifi calling/VoLTE on an OP6 with T-Mobile for 2 years.

    I ordered a oneplus 7 pro on Amazon unlocked I live in the United States and using t mobile network. Apparently it doesn't have wifi calling support should I keep the phone or return it any suggestions on how to fix it as well ??

    Hi When Ever We Call Frequently Disconnecting Calls if WiFi Calling Is Enabled
    But If WiFi Calling Is Disabled Than Works Fine
    Am Using Jio 4G and Vodafone As Sim 2
    Check Out If it's Same Problem With Every One
    Please Check And Update in ONEPLUS Community

    I have an issue with VOwifi as well on Tmobile. I cannot hear the other person, but they can hear me. I need wifi calling as the signal is poor to non existent at my GFs house and need to use wifi calling.

    So why is wifi calling is not there in latest one plus nord phone.

    So can anyone tell that the option will come after further updates

    Hello,

    This morning, I updated 10.3.6 (GM21AA) on my OnePlus 7pro in global ROM.
    However, since this one, the VOWIFI does not activate any more.

    It is quite simply inactivable:

    I tried the following steps:
    - restart the phone (several times)
    - eject the SIM card
    - change the SIM card slot
    - exchange my SIM card with that of my husband
    - contact my operator to check that my VOWIFI option is still activated (it is)
    - put my SIM card on my partner's phone, VOWIFI works on his phone with my card
    - reset the wifi network options
    - restart the phone while holding down the volume - and power key in order to clean the cache as recommended on the OnePlus forums (Recovery mod boot)
    - contact OnePlus support who told me to use the option * # 800 #, however the VOWIFI is not present in functions https://nsa40.casimages.com/img/2020/11/10//20111007405477750.jpg
    support offered no other solution.

    I have been using the vowifi for a year with this phone without any problem, and it was immediately after that update that it stopped working.

    Do you have any solutions to solve this problem, or even go back to the previous update?
