Wi-Fi Calling option is supported on OnePlus 6 & above devices. The answer is negative for OnePlus 5T.

You need to ask to your carrier to add support for your device model

Recently for the past 15 days , I am experiencing a new problem with Calls not getting connected or can't call someone .

I have installed Jio wifi router which supports Vo-Wifi callings ,
I noticed that people can't call me or I can't call untill i reset connection with Airplane mode ,

Today when I got back to House the phone got connected to wifi even though data is On ! And I received only a truecaller notification that call from "****" , but none called so I checked if I can call them but the call didn't get connect , so I turned airplane mode on and off and then after a while it is working .

I thought problem was with my Sim card but no it's with my phone . Can someone help me ?

This might be worth a try. Others have found it to work.

This is for all OP phones, however it discuses the 8 Series, but it should apply to any series as the protocols are the same.

[GUIDE] Enable VoLTE & VoWiFi on all devices NO ROOT.

    Log Kit 1.0

There are newer versions but I would suggest trying this with the details provided on XDA.

If you do try the suggestions. Let us know how you get on.

Follow the information on my post. Even if it is set on the phone and enabled by your carrier it may not work due to the e911 conflict. The way to notice this is enable it after a reboot and if it flashes on and disappears quickly this is an indication.

On a web browser (not on a phone app) open the portal where you'd go to pay your phone bill. If you dont have one online account, make one. You NEED to set up you Account Profile and select your Address and sync it with the e911 option. Once you do that it will more than likely start working. So far this has been the main issue with it not working is just the e911 conflict.

You need your network to even make a VoWifi call.

    Moved to General Support

Could you please describe your problem better, what you have tried to do, to fix it? Have you searched and tried those things you found yet?
