    To add, once the device reaches the service centre, then escalating the situation might be more productive.

    If the service request is raised for pickup but it has not been attended since a long time, it can be escalated.

    Can he drop the device at nearest Authorised and issue be escalated for resolution under warranty?

    This would be better, since there are not many exclusive SC across and reaching them or living without device for the period it gets picked up, repaired and returned isn't feasible for many users under extended warranty.

    I doubt if the case is of repair under warranty but that's just my view.

    Imho, it is better to go directly to esc instead of via via, you never know where will it be stuck.

    I completely support your opinion, my 3T itself was lost im transit. But it isn't feasible always to travel 300kms (nearest exclusive for me)!

    @hixanxip said device is under extended warranty. I believe 'extended' deserves same treatment as regular warranty. In any case, whats the point of having authorised SC if we still have to rely on Pickup services! 😕

    Going by the speculation of how everything at OnePlus is slowly starting to drift away from what it once ventured out to be, the fall of Oxygen OS would really change perspective of a lot of users about the company...

    Re Color v Oxygen what some of us were saying was let's have one fully supported OS. Many of us have had a beautiful bit of hardware spoilt by OS issues. It is painfully obvious that OnePlus in its efforts to deliver the latest and best tech year after year has been unable to deliver the support to all the different OS variants this had spawned.

    WE just want an OS that all the features continue to work and gets updated in a timely fashion. If this means merging with color so be it. We don't have to accept the worst of both worlds there is nothing to say the new OS should not be 90% Oxygen and 10% Color in style.

    Is that so an unreasonable request?
