Tokolozi , Nov 27, 2020 : do you have a screen protector applied that might interfere with this? also try tapping outside of the fingerprint reader area.

C1562175895732 , Dec 25, 2020 : Same here on my 8Pro. I do have a screen protector and I get the beta releases, but the no-wake or slow-wake on double tap was not a problem with the screen protector several months ago. I don't know when it first became a problem, but I support the report above that it was there after the beta 3 release. A forceful double-tap will sometimes produce a wake, but if I give the screen a hard double-tap three times without a response, I'll hit the wake button.

jayanyway , Dec 27, 2020 : If you're on a phone call using a headset, the doubletap to wake function does not work. If I recall correctly, this is working as intended and not a bug.
