Untraceable Data. Update from June 23rd

    Well it's been a few weeks since my last post and I didn't receive any feedback from the Community?? I did get a message from Support and followed all of the steps they required for me to show them about my issue and HAVE NOT HEARD BACK from them???? Leaves me suspect that my original post might be true! Well it's happening again, I am showing 1.83 gigs of data used under "Removed Apps and Users" and my billing cycle just started on June 28th. I have not added nor will I ever add a user to my phone (I find this as a useless feature). And I have not deleted any apps since. SO WHATS THE DEAL? Where and What was this data? And a bigger question is WHY? In this world of scrutiny and SECURITY being a topic on all of our minds, why can't I get an explanation and a FIX for this? I use my phone for everything and SECURITY is my HOT BUTTON. I'm thinking of throwing this phone away and going back to Samsung. I'm feeling left out and ignored by ONE PLUS. Can anyone help me?
