This would probably require MSM-tool to restore or a remote session letting Oneplus do it for you.
This is of course a terrible misstake to roll out. But if this happened while on 12 beta seeing a 11 update should be a HUGE warning sign.
If you have already installed it but not rebooted. Don't reboot. Wait for more info.

If installed and rebooted and already bricked, then it needs to be fixed. There is a chance to get a solution to reverse it for those that has not yet rebooted after having it installed. A incorrect update was delivered to 8 beta users too once. That time it could be solved and the update reversed for those that had not rebooted yet. (no brick that time... Just data loss).
Let's hope it can be done this time too.

I solved it thanks to this tool
    https://onepluscommunityserver.com/list/Unbrick_Tools/OnePlus_9_Pro/EU_LE15BA/R (11)/
    Power your device off.
Let it cool down for one minute.
Hold both volumes in to get in Qualcomm EDL mode and the screen will stay black. While holding, plug in the USB cable from your phone to your computer. Let volumes go alter plugged in.
Wait some time (should not be longer than ~300 seconds).
    Enjoy your brand new device.
if your smartphone does not detect you, do this and try again:
Unplug your phone, get in fastboot mode, turn off phone, wait 15 secondes and get back in Qualcomm EDL mode. You can also try using a USB 2.0 port instead of a 3.0 one.
I solved it thanks to this tool

Thanks, but i already solved this; ordered Galaxy S21 Ultra. I’ve been using OnePlus phones for five years, but I don’t need this kind of shitty engineering work anymore. These are basic things and these mistakes should no longer come at this level.

    Thank you pooh81.
It's a pity. Both ways you suggested won't work with my oneplus 9pro. MSM doesn't find my phone :/. Is there another alternative?
