    Hi everyone,
I am currently running 12.1-YOG4PAS1N0 rooted with twrp 2.8.6.0

Can I update to 12.1-YOG4PAS3JL directly without flashing 12.1-YOG4PAS2QL?

How can I update without loosing data, twrp and root?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, of course you can ;)
Just download the ROM's full zip from here http://builds.cyngn.com/cyanogen-os...91bf047f5/cm-12.1-YOG4PAS3JL-bacon-signed.zip (650mb) and then flash it via TWRP without wiping data, just clear cache nd dalvik after flashing.
Then press reboot, a message will pop up in TWRP saying that u hav probably lost root after flashing, so swipe to root now. And afterwards update ur super SU binaries after reboot...

This way u wont lose anything.

And remember that you have to flash the whole ROM zip as the small OTA zips can't be flashed by TWRP (it can only be done by CM recovery).

    Hope this helps..

If I were you I'll hang on to YOG4PAS1N0. I've just updated to YOG4PAS3JL, and I'm finding ways to downgrade to YOG4PAS1N0. Reason? With YOG4PAS3JL, I lost the use of Note field in Contacts. To activate the Note field, I have to go to my Google account, add in the Note and sync.

No, GApps are included in the CyanogenOS zip itself.
