If you have not seen anybody talking about any such place (site/list) then it probably does not exists.
Official stable updates are normally released country-wise.... I'd suggest to have patience.
There are options available to manually flash the update, but many ppl (me too) have got their OPOs BRICKED.

Hopefully cyngn team is monitoring bugs/problems in these forums and so they r still working on stable release.

I really doubt about that @ all countries.
It seems cyngn team is still working on known bugs discussed in these forums.

As far as I remember India, Nepal, UK, poland are still waiting for offcial OTA.

I Did this, u can try it too: Download and update ur computer with samsung's universal usb drivers, access ur phone's internal storage by connecting ur phone to computer and booting it in fastboot mode, download and copy cm-12.1-20151117-SNAPSHOT-YOG7DAO1K6-bacon.zip from https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=bacon to internal storage \download.

Then u can apply update as u did previously, select the update file from ur 0\download folder. Hope this helps.

I bet this usually happens with people like me who disable chrome and few google things by default (from settings\apps). @Sonsa Just power-off ur phone, keep the power button pressed, after few seconds ur phone will vibrate to force shutdown, Release the power button IMMEDIATELY, otherwise the phone will reboot again. Let the CM 13 Zombie rest. ;)

if I'm not wrong then it works on unrooted phones too, rooted phones will have better/more options to play with this updater

yep it is holding up fine for me too....I initially had no change in battery life was wondering if doze was even working, then I did the following steps and it seems to have fixed the issue,
    1. Uninstalled old and unwanted apps
    2. Cleared "Cached data" from Settings --> Storage & USB. There was a clutter of 1.47GB there
    3. Then went into recovery and also cleared the cache there, it took a while to clear the cache so I did it again in succession for two more times until wiping the cache was instant.
Now the phone seems to be lot better.

I can clearly see doze is working, overnight it lost only 13% with very light usage before going to bed.

After reading the last 40 pages of peoples update problems, I'm reminded of the old adage....
"Grief oft walks upon the heels of pleasure.
Those who acted in haste can now repent at leisure."

    I've often been reminded:
Never, NEVER...install a new OS, until it's seen at least 3 revisions. **

yep looks like a lot of clutter ends up in the cache driving the phone nuts, removing them from time to time should keep things smooth, tho would be nice if the OS can handle this on its own...
