[UPDATE] OnePlus After Sales in Indonesia

    Hi friends,

    Its been a week since we launched the OnePlus X in Indonesia (yay!). So far we've received so many warm greet from our friends, community and of course from our partner. But here is the thing. We understand for most of you are concerning about our after sales part. Since day One we always told our community that we wanted to achieved and deliver nothing but the best.

    I could guarantee you, until this very second this thread is made, we are gradually improving our service. The last thread I made here, we promised you that we are going to improve our service centre. There are at least 24 list of Service Centre in Indonesia which is registered in our account. Which are divided into 2 such as the Service Centre Point, where you can actually fix your phone and a Collecting Point where you could drop your devices off and have it sent to the main Service Centre which is based in Jakarta.

    Our team has been monitoring our service centres. From 24 Service Centre Point, We've been receiving information that 7 of them didn't meet our quality. From that we keep improving our service centre and we could announce you that until today (April 5, 2016) 17 service centre are active and happy to fix your OnePlus (One and X) devices. We wanted to deliver a better service in the future, these number will gradually improved from time to time. So there you go, Your input is important to us. Please do not hesitate to let us know if our service centre didn't meet our quality. Me and @Chris_U will help you as much as we could to improve a better service.     Please bring the Transaction Proof for OnePlus One from Lazada or Blibli for OnePlus X for warranty claim.

    Hai teman - teman,

    Sudah satu minggu sejak kami meluncurkan OnePlus X di Indonesia (yay!). Sejauh ini kami menerima begitu banyak sambutan hangat dari teman-teman kami, komunitas maupun mitra kami. Kami mengerti sebagian besar dari teman - teman mempertanyakan servis after sales kami. Sejak hari pertama kami datang, kami selalu mengatakan bahwa kami ingin memberikan yang terbaik bagi user kami.

    Sampai detik thread ini ini dibuat, kami terus meningkatkan layanan kami. Thread terakhir saya dibuat di sini, kami berjanji bahwa kami akan meningkatkan pusat layanan kami. Setidaknya ada 24 daftar Service Centre di Indonesia yang terdaftar yang terbagi menjadi 2 poin yakni Service Centre Point, di mana kamu dapat memperbaiki ponsel mu di tempat tersebut dan Collecting Point di mana kamu bisa drop perangkat hp kamu dan dikirim ke Service Centre utama yang berbasis di Jakarta.

    Dari 24 Service Centre Point, Kami menerima informasi bahwa 7 dari mereka tidak memenuhi standar kami. Sampai hari ini (April 5, 2016) pusat 17 Service Centre yang dapat menerima dan memperbaiki perangkat OnePlus (One dan X) kamu. Kami ingin memberikan layanan yang lebih baik di masa depan, jumlah ini secara bertahap akan membaik dari waktu ke waktu. Masukan kamu sangat berarti untuk kami. Jangan ragu untuk memberitahu kami tahu jika pusat layanan kami tidak memenuhi kualitas kami. Saya dan @Chris_U akan membantu kamu sebisa kami untuk meningkatkan layanan yang lebih baik.     Tambahan:
    Mohon untuk membawa Nota pembelian dari Lazada untuk OnePlus One dan Blibli untuk OnePlus X untuk klaim garansi.

    Mudah2an aku tidak perlu service cernter, barangkali @ZackoFF96 perlu tuh ... karena aku pake produk OnePlus sangat hati2, elus2, di-lap2 dan waspada banget deh, sampai2 istri ku, ku cuekin ... hihihi .... :D:D:D

    Semua sayang, Anak, Istri dan OnePlus ...tp lebih sayang ama OnePlus apalagi OPX Onyx ... soalnya OnePlus gak bisa ngomel2 .... hihihi ... :D:D:D

    @Shinta H , hanya usul aja, kalau bisa di hal pertama thread ini dan di daftar service center diberi note kalau mau ke service center harus bawa apa aja ? ... :D:D:D

    Yah betul, di print sekarang aja yg dr blibli dan disimpan ke dlm kotak ...:D:D:D

    login -> pesanan -> detail pesanan -> cetak -> Cetak Kuitansi ... (hasil print dalam bentuk .pdf ) :D:D:D
