Artemus , Jan 29, 2022 : Mkay. Download an app called Oxygen Updater from the Play Store. This app will automatically download the files necessary to update to the latest version and then some. The reason you're stuck on that specific build is because when 11.0.0.2 got canned and was replaced with 11.0.2.1, it screwed up the OTA process and left people stuck on that build. Do keep in mind though that Oxygen Updater is not affiliated with OnePlus and is a user-made app but it's completely safe to use. I used it many times before, no issues.
