what is OTA? yes I received a notification to upgrade my OS.

Then just click the INSTALL/DOWNLOAD button and phone will do the rest. You must have decent battery life or plug in the charger as it will download 1.1GB and then it will process the installation.

Just make sure all the google apps are enabled before installing that ota and take a backup of your contacts on gmail so that you can have a backup & then install it.

Wow you are rooted and you don't know to install an update???
Anyways just go to Settings > Apps > Three dots above click on that > Reset App Preferences which will enable every disabled app & if you are rooted than OTA won't install so make sure you remove root before install.

u cant install otas if u r rooted. ull have to wipe ur phone then flash the os zip along with gapps

rootted means I bought this from china with buildin Hydrogen OS. I have changed it to oxygen OS following instruction in this page. That's it. is it called rooted??

Easy way to tell if you are rooted... Do you have an app called SuperSU or similar?

Than you have not rooted it seems just normally install OTA but do what i said reset app preferences.

So you aren't rooted. Just install the OTA as per normal procedure.
Backup everything
Settings
System Updates
Install
