Usb file transfer and internet sharing not working Jan 19, 2022

The phone(with factory software) the working good until I installed the software update.
Before install update working with old phone cable (usb A - usb C) file transfer and internet sharing.
(camera app to open max 1 second)
AFTER install update not working with old phone cable. Just oneplus cable(there is no usb c connector on my pc). Cable is the same and pc is the same with win 10. The old phone cable is working with all phone expect my oneplus 9.
(camera app to open more than 5 seconds)
Please fix the usb cable fault.
