    USB debugging is already enabled.

Just wondering, are you using the OnePlus supplied cable or a generic cable?

What happens when you disable USB debugging?
Are you trying to browse your files on the phone as you shouldn't need to enable it for that?

There is no change when I turn off debugging.
In the past, I used this feature very well.
but now when I connect the phone to a computer or any device, I can no longer see my phone on the computer.
I can't see it when I connect a USB flash disk to my phone.
When I enter the usb preferences from the settings, I cannot make any changes as in the picture.

Just something to try, not sure if it will work, but if it does let us know.

    Wipe cache partition

    Turn off your device.

Press and hold the Volume down and Power button at the same time.

When the OnePlus logo appears, release the Power button, but continue holding the Volume down button.

At the Password screen, enter the Password or PIN number that you use to unlock your device. When done, tap Ok.

    Tap English.

    Tap Wipe data and cache.

    Tap Wipe cache.

    Tap Yes to continue.

Tap Reboot to restart the phone.

Do you get a message on the PC and does it make a sound like it's supposed to?

Have you tried another cable? Any USB type C cable will work.

Weird as it's supposed to make a sound and if you go into device manager you should also see it device manager update once you connect the phone.

The only thing I can think of is that the cable is no good or there's some setting on your phone that is causing it not to be detected. You could also have a bad driver on your PC.

Try searching on Google Phone not detected on PC and try the solutions given. If all fails back up your data and factory reset your phone and hopefully that does it

    thank you you are helping.
cable original cable, computer has not been tried on different computers, I do not see I am inserting flash disk with OTG. I think the only thing that comes to my mind is either software related or the type c input of the phone is somehow broken.
