L1637096637112 , Nov 16, 2021 : Yes, everyone with a 9 Plus Pro is having this issue, and ... OnePlus doesn't want to hear about it. I have to restart my phone 3 times a day because it forgets the Verizon APN. I'm convinced that OnePlus knows about this, and they are scrambling to get an update out to fix it. Because too many people are talking about it online, not just here. I will NEVER buy another OnePlus. I paid a $1,000 for this piece of garbage and it doesn't even consistently perform it's basic function of being a phone. Since 14 days has passed OnePlus won't do crap. They want me to send my phone to Texas to be repaired. But they don't have a loner program. So 4 days minimum no phone, and it's a business device.
drl431 , via OnePlus 6 , Nov 17, 2021 : Maybe some day, Verizon will join the rest of the world and become GSM. Until then, I would avoid trying to use a GSM phone on a CDMA network. But if you have to, get Verizon to set your account to CDMA-less and be prepared to have to replace your SIM card after some system updates. A new Verizon SIM card has corrected texting issues after a system update.

Sacrin , Nov 17, 2021 : Same issue just started for me this evening. No network - can't get it back... Phone was set as CDMA-less previously and working perfectly.
Sacrin , Nov 17, 2021 : Settings -> system -> reset options -> reset wifi, mobile, bluetooth. Major pain as I manage about 20 wifi networks and have at least 10 bluetooth devices. Hoping this isn't going to become a trend.
DrJay , Jan 22, 2022 : Here's my problem. On my 9 Pro with Android 11, Verizon was working perfectly. When I upgraded to Android 12 Verizon no longer worked. I called Verizon and they told me that my IMEI was not compatible with their system (the same IMEI that was working fine on Android 11!). I went back to 11 and Verizon works fine again (same IMEI). Why does it not work on Android 12?
Sacrin , Jan 25, 2022 : Thank you. I was on the fence to upgrade to Android 12, and I guess I won't for now. However, did you try resetting network options prior to rolling back? There is a lot of forum talk here about how Visible users network settings keep reverting to Verizon.
DrJay , Jan 25, 2022 : I couldn't reset network options in Android 12. I have a business account with T-Mobile and that SIM works just fine on Android12 on my 9 Pro. But the Verizon SIM does not. Strange.
