    Hi all,

I am hoping to catch an admins attention with this one. I submitted a ticket but when I tried to email my photos/video back the email was "delayed" due to "The email account that you tried to reach is over quota". I presume that means their email is full?

Anyhow, I have only had my OPO for a couple weeks and only started using it a couple days ago. Everything looked fine initially but once I started using it, the phone developed a problem where various colored bars would appear going up and down the screen.

These bars appear on all screens to various degrees but are most noticeable on dark backgrounds with bright icons or text. Another odd thing to note, when first turn on the screen it looks fine but then the bars slowly appear and gain intensity the longer you are on any one screen.

I tried a factory reset to no avail. Another thing to note is the bars do not appear in screenshots. I am guessing this is a hardware issue but that is as far as I have gotten

go and claim to make RMA, this is clearly hardware issue, and it should be replaced

I opened a ticket a few days back for the very SAME Issue.
I have been 'escaleted' to tech support but no reply since May 9th. I'll wait and see. Keep us updated!

If you go to the support site you can post a reply to support via your existing support ticket. Otherwise as per @matija646 - PM a mod your ticket number and ask them to escalate to admin.

Update: I got a response from OP Customer Service that a Tech support specialist would look into it. Hopefully they will conclude that it need to be fixed. Also my emails finally went through so now they have all my pictures and video x3.

Thanks to all those who inputted and finaldestiny for upping my issue to admin, not sure if that is what worked or just coincidence but I appreciate all the help.

Email paypal, and copy the email. Demand your money back. They have an obligation.

Wow CS mailbox full, too many OP2 issues they don't want to take on until they get their new scripts.
That's a proper JDI generic fault, the flashing brigade won't be needed here.
Good luck bro, the logging it PayPal is a good idea, for added peace of mind.

    Hello
I have the same problem on my OPO screen.
For me, the problem appeared whereas the weather was vert hot, no fall nor no shock.
Somebody would have an idea on this problem ?
    Thank you
