My wifi on phone doesn't work at all, and it doesn't even turn on.. Bluetooth also doesn't connect to the devices most of the time... And the mobile network goes off randomly and comes back again....

I'm having the same issue with OnePlus 6.
Ever since a month ago, it connects to a network for a few minutes and then crashes and can't find networks or Bluetooth devices.
Resetting wiki and Bluetooth settings helps for a few minutes, restarting the phone helps for a few minutes and clear cache doesn't help at all.

After a few minutes the wifi crashes no matter how much resetting and restarting and clearing I do.

Couldn't find any information online about this.
Opened a ticket and hoping for the best.

I also reported an incident but didn't solve my issue... I've sent it to the service center now.... Seems like there's a problem with the motherboard...

Reset WiFi, Bluetooth, Mobile Network in Settings, System, Reset Options, restart the phone.

You may have to reset up your Mobile Network APN and any Bluetooth devices, along with WiFi password or Mac address depending on the way way you connect.

    Then try the following.

Do a full Erase/Delete Data button, factory reset. This will restore you to a fresh installation of 10.3.0. So you will need to backup your phone.

Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Erase All Data, click on the Delete All Data button,

Is this after 10.3.0 update? As @Kytharsis always suggest: did you reformat after you updated?

Did you search the forum? This has been reported several times.
