    Hi,

4G connects fine. However it is extremely slow and constantly fails to even load a webpage. If I force 3G everything works fine with good (3G) Speeds. Wifi also works fine.

Now you would think this is a network issue. However it's been going on for weeks and if I put my sim in another phone 4G works great.

    So far I have..
    1) Checked I have the latest software
    2) Double checked APN details
    3) Full factory reset
    4) Tried the sim card in a different brand phone and works fine.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is this a Known issue? I currently have to use the phone with 4G turned off :-(

    contact your ISP lol...
ever heard of bandwidth/line trafficking? when there's gazillion of ppl using the same line in 1 area... it happens.

and the other issue is some ISP tend to hidden limit their speed.

    thanks for the reply.

it's my mobile network on 4G that's not working right. I've tried two sim cards from two different networks and it's the same. Use the phone to force 3G and everything works great.

I'm 99% sure the issue is the phone, but following a full factory reset on the latest 8.1 I don't know what else to try.

Nothing to do with the device, contact your ISP for is with your 4G cellular data connection issues.

is your sim genuine nano sim... or micro sim(forced cut to nano size).
I did have this problem in the past...after change to real nano, it's fine.

it's a reduced size one. I assume because the phone reads it that it's working ok.

Still no luck with this. I just tried the latest beta OP5 software just in case. Still the same issues. Included is a screenshot of some recent speed tests. Notice the difference between the 4G(LTE) and 3G. It seems to be particularly the 4G upload that is painfully slow.
