I am this facing issue for my OP 7 pro, when battery saver is ON then vibration is not working for all the notifications, touch except for incoming calls. Facing this from last couple of days, previously it was working.
Also confirmed with one of the friend who owns OP 7 pro, its working on his cell.
Any idea, is this the update/feature/bug?

Technically, it shouldn't work in battery saver mode. Haptics are a major source of battery draw and if the phone is in battery saver mode, the haptics should be turned off to save every bit of battery possible.

Thanks Arjun for your reply, but same thing was working couple of days back and also its working on another cell. Also there hasn't been any OS update in couple of days.
Was just curious is my cell has a bug or my friend's, does your cell also has same feature.

There is no bug or defect in your device, usually as said above battery saver turns off vibration (haptic feedback), limits the screen brightness then usual and also turns off the tap sound if enabled.

By controlling these features for a while the battery performance can be last little longer where these feature drain battery higher than the normal.

Welcome bro, if your friend's device vibration still works even after turning on the battery saver then your friend's device might have some bug or issue,

You can have a look at the above screenshot which clearly states that some of the features which consume much of battery power will be restricted to save battery backup.

So your device is working fine with no issues, no need to worry in future.

Stay safe, Have a nice day...

Hope you are healthy and safe!

From last couple of days vibration has started working in battery saver mode.
No idea what has happened, previously it didn't vibrated.

Ok, tbh I have no explanation why the vibration all of a sudden started working and could advice you to do all kinds of trouble shooting. I think though it’s easier to wait for the update and check if the issue still remains. I expect you’ll get the update within a week, maybe a week and a half.

    Hi guys,
Found the issue, if anyone service is enabled in accessibility menu then cell will vibrate in battery saver mode.
In my case, System -> Accessibility -> Volume Key shortcut was enabled, had to just disable it and now in battery saver mode there is no vibration anymore.
    Thanks

Hey, I want to stop all vibrations in the phone (like wrong fingerprint input, dragging the youtube seek bar in a video with timestamps, etc., etc.) Just like the vibration settings in battery saver mode. Can I replicate it to normal mode>?

If you want everything same as battery saver mode, then directly use saver mode, why to use normal mode.
