Voice Repetition during phone calls OP7 Nov 15, 2019

I use a type c to 3.5mm connector to use my JBL earphones.
Whenever I attend phone calls, the person speaking with me listens to their own voice EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I changed the connector and replaced my earphones with new ones, and still this problem exists.
I went to OP store and they said there's no problem with my device.
Many of my friends who use OP7, OP6 or other devices have said they also face this issue.
I request OnePlus to take this as a serious issue and act towards solving it.
This definitely must be a bug problem.
