I bought a OnePlus 7pro after waiting for pixel 4 to come out. I was very disappointed in the pixel, especially the battery. I was actually searching to see if there was a way to upgrade or buy a better battery for the Pixel when I started coming across mentions of One+ phones. Nearly all reviews were positive with some user complaining about phone failing and a long time for service. But the specs on the phone were intriguing, the pop up selfie seemed cool, and I had a back up phone. so I pulled the trigger. I've had phone for three months now and it is the best phone and most fun phone I've had. Taking a selfie with someone and that camera pops up blows their minds. Got the latest update on Android. Learning how to use pro mode on camera for some milky way shots this weekend. I won't hesitate to recommend One+

I find any nightscape shots work better either with a tripod or somewhere to "brace" your phone. I tried standing very still but doesn't come out as good when I have somewhere to place my phone and just hold it against perhaps a rail or something similar rather than just trying to stand still while it captures the images (that's with a OP6).

can't say I'm a happy camper, never had issues with OnePlus phones, have had them since day 1, times 6 for each one, me, the wife and all 4 of our kids have all had the one plus since day 1, but we have the OnePlus 7pro 5g, have to say I'm sic, terrible service when it comes to this phone, no support, it's the 5g model, last one to get Android 10 update, as of writing this still on dec. security, no kinda support for this phone and the service, call the carrier, they say call OnePlus, called OnePlus was told to call carrier lmao, round and round, I have given up on the OnePlus, will go back to Sammy, I do have 6 like new OnePlus 7pro 5g phones, all for a total of 600 cash, that's $100.00 for each one lmao, but u have to get all 6 of them, all include everything they all came with and have proof of purchase that there all paid for out right, hmu

I read some reviews on the TMo website and seems the 5G tech is a mix bag. A lot of complaints about battery life while a lot of people say they love it.

As for support, I don't think any OnePlus phone currently running the official OS has a security patch beyond December. Since it is a TMo phone, I think TMo handles the SW OTA patches but I thought OP would have other support for the devices? What area are you in? Will you stick with 5G on the Sammy's? Just curious if 5G isn't quite there yet or if OP 5G phones are what's not quite there yet.

Always wanted to buy OnePlus One but had to wait due to lack of money. Soon enough, the flagship killer, OnePlus 2 was launched and I bought it in US. I used it happily for more than 3 years before I upgraded to OnePlus 6T via probably the best trade-in deal in history from T-mobile. #NEVERSETTLE

If I had still been with TMo, I'd happily have traded in my OPO and bought a 6T. But it would have increased my monthly bill from the MVNO I'm with now and within a year or so the money saved would have been spent. I probably should have just did it and then switch back but instead I ended up buying the OP6 on sale (and in Red!)

I love my OnePlus 7Pro in every aspect and attention in design. I hope it continues to grow and hope OnePlus continue to push innovation. boldly like they did with 90hz refresh rate and pop up selfie cam

Perhaps they'll concentrate on making a complete mobile experience for gamers? Such as VR/AR combined with their devices and handheld controller(s) of some type ;)

I suggested making the TV with a built in gaming console. We'll see what happens.

A little motivation for them. Correct? I'm waiting very patiently. Possibly this year we will be able to purchase one.
