Does the volume rocker/buttons not work to adjust the volume while on a call? Ask the person to hold for a second while moving the phone away from your ear so the screen displays and then try adjusting using the volume down button and see if it shows the volume on the left side as you are adjusting.

I have since moved away from oneplus, and Sprint, I have gone back to Sammy and have a 5g and I'm in love all over again, don't care for Verizon's high rates, but in the end, I'm happy with 5g phone, and support for the phone, all my OnePlus phones threw Sprint were unlocked bought threw one plus, had the Jan security as of last, didn't take to long for a reader on here to buy all 6 for 600

If you've tried everything and nothing works then perhaps it's "stuck" on that volume and you can return for it for warranty work?

    Hi there,

Enjoyed your video. love the kids participation. I'm new to OnePlus and love my device. I bought mine from OnePlus, since I do not have a T-Mobile account. I have the 6t and truly love this device. I love that it was not bloated with apps and I actually have some memory left on my device. The price is also great. please keep up the good work. There are many things I am still learning but so far it is a good experience.

I have a nubia red magic mars and oneplus 6t. Despite the 6t having a much better os, overall build, quality and, better support. I use the nubia red magic mars as a daily driver due to the 3.5mm and the gaming triggers built into the sides of the phone. I never know when I'll get bored and can't imagine playing mobile games without physical triggers. Definitely wouldn't be intrusive or expensive to copy the red magic mars in that department
