[Submitted] VoLTE and VoWi-Fi not working in a carrier that supports it (NOS, Portugal)

    Nothing to reproduce. Turn on the phone and see that VoLTE and VoWi-Fi are unavailable in the SIM settings. A staff member (@Ghazala.Yasmeen) told me to resubmit this issue for the new software version. This applies at least to the OnePlus 9 Pro and 8 Pro (I have both at home, on the same carrier).

    I own a 7t device, just upgraded to version 11... I'm very satisfied with it but, at this stage, lacking support for both VoLTE and VoWiFi with Portuguese MNOs (as with any other EU provider) is very difficult to understand. I also have a lower segment Samsung device that already supports VoLTE.
    Can we have a commitment from 1+ to resolve this in the short term?... Should I start thinking of moving?

    What carrier are you on? As far as I know, Vodafone and MEO offer only limited VoLTE support and no VoWi-Fi support at all. NOS has recently enabled both, but only for "certified devices", despite us being able to connect with our OnePlus phones with the workaround I mentioned. Have you managed to get it working on your 7T? If not, throw me a DM (and we can even switch to our own language).

    Today's update reset this again, it still doesn't work by itself, and I had to hack it in again. Should I resubmit the issue?

    Hello, any expectation on when this will be sorted?
    I just hope that my provider doesn't decide to switch off 3g anytime soon... Otherwise I'll be using an expensive brick.
