VOLTE not working on 3.5.5 update for OP2

?

Has the VOLTE option enabled after upgrading to 3.5.6 by downgrading?

    Hi folks,

    Don't know if this has happened to you. But suddenly after the continuous network drop issue the VOLTE feature is not working for the new update. I am using Jio (Slot 1) and Vodafone (Slot 2). While if you try enabling Jio as a standalone sim the 4G works fine but there's no VOLTE option available even if you try enabling the option.

    Let me know if you find a solution or have any solution for this.

    Network keeps dropping on either Jio or Airtel. Don't know why the update is doing this, have restarted my OP2 but same the issue continues.

    it works fine when on WiFi. no network drops. And also when I switch off mobile data. network seemed more stable. please try that out and update us..

    Not working. The problem is apart from call drop there's no VOLTE option, this means the VOLTE option has been disabled due to the frequent call drop.

    Every thing to jio, volte may enable

    Same here. After I updated to OOS 3.5.5 for 2 days I could be able to enable VoLTE. But from today its not enabling. Not sure if the OnePlus team has disabled it?

    Please help.........

    This was my case too. After resetting network, things have improved and hoping to get updates at the earliest for battery and network issues.

    Take all the sim cards out. perform a restart. Reset network settings. Delete all APN settings also. Switch of the device, re install the sim cards, set the APN settings, select volte for sim 1 with Jio and restart the device. Hopefully it will work.

    I am facing the same problem. For the 1st time I upgraded the software after tat I am facing battery problem it takes 7hrs to get fully charged there is no fast charging in this. And 2nd time when i upgraded the software the other problem occurred tat is network dropping getting irritated by seeing these issues..

    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
