    Hi,

    after having a chat conversation with support team they asked me to post a thread here,

    my belgian provider "Proximus" has VoLte activated but i get no options on my device. support team have confirmed oneplus does not officially support VoLte in our region. is there a possibility to get this updated so VoLte can be used.

    Same here on a OnePlus 6.

    Proximus says it's activated but they don't see the OP6 in the VoLTE compatible smartphone list.

    Normally there needs to be negotiated settings between the provider and OP. I have informed myself within Proximus and currently we don't have a contact nor an agreement with OP regarding VOLTE. Secondly your SIM-card needs to be provisioned with VOLTE as well.

    Could OP please be more open to other providers to be able to connect there device with the volte networks.

    1: Go to the dialer and enter: *#800#
    2: Select Enter
    3: Go to Logkit
    4: Swipe down to function switch
    5: Tick VoLTE, VoWiFi switch
    6: Reboot

    now you have volte settings in sim settings, activate them.

    Thanks for the tip!

    Having the switch available will not help if your SIM isn't provisioned by the provider nor if it's blocked for VOLTE.

    I am in Belgium and on Proximus, but when I enter the *#800# I get a frightening warning saying "You are going to enable system log, which may consume more battery and system storage... (...) Please make sure you are following guidance from OnePlus service team. If not, it ight bring potential harm to your device"...

    This sounds like it is something I better don't do...?

    This is a temporary enablement as far as I know. It will be disabled once you close the screen.

    Strange. On my 5T also with Proximus SIM, no VoLTE. :-(
    Do you have VoLTE out of the box?
