    I contacted Vodafone Portugal and I have VoLTE activated on my sim card, but I don't have any option to turn it down. inside the SIM menu nothing changes.

    can someone verify this?

    Vodafone only support their own smart phones. one plus can you contact Vodafone Portugal and launch an update to our oneplus 5 to have volte activated?

    Vodafone only supports a handful of devices.

    As far as I know, since September 2015, they haven't added any new devices to that list.

    Both carrier and Phone/OS supplier need to do some work on both ends.

    Since OP is still "a start-up" they don't have the resources and since OP ain't Samsung nor Apple, Vodafone not gonna give a sh*t.

    Believe me, all carriers in the Netherlands support VoLTE but neither OP nor the carriers put any effort in it.

    OP, since the OP2, only added VoLTE for one or two indian carriers.

    Nah, nothing to apologize for. It's just that Vodafone PT is a mess on this subject. I've called them and their answer was ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. The support line has no clue about it, their forum has conflicting reports and they don't seem to be actively pushing the feature.

    Make sure you Mobile Network provider allows VoLTE

    In your dialer press *#800# to enter in the oneplus logout, then search for function switch, then enable volte switch, press cancel, enable vowifi switch and press reboot.

    Now your phone is working with volte Vodafone pt.

    Note that you have to activate volte in your sim card by contacting the operator.
