rajiviyer , via OnePlus 7T , Nov 22, 2020 : Hi, When I press the volume button up or down the volume doesn't slide up/down respectively. With one press up or down it works. I am able to control the volume via touch. Anybody facing the similar issue? Is this a hardware or software issue? I think it's software! Please advice. Thanks in advance. Rajiv

Rossi12 , via OnePlus 7T , Nov 23, 2020 : Your alert slider is on "Silent" mode. Switching it back to"Ring" mode should resolve this.
