Voucher not getting applied , Case id :- 210728-005723

    The case has seen no progress since 10 days , even after daily follow ups.
    Do we have some moderator able to help in this case ?
    I want to order a type c to type c cable for my oneplus device. as it is broken...

    Hi there, Moderators do not have access to backend system. Therefore we won't know what voucher are you trying to apply and what exactly is not working.

    Yes, this is regarding the referral voucher. I had 200 points I wanted to buy a cable. The voucher is not getting applied to the cable. but getting applied to random items like oneplus8 case.

    I am trying to get this resolved from customer care. and they just say you will get a response from us in 24 hours. and It is a loop.

    I had a similar case, 2 years back, for 3000 rs. and unfortunately, I had to buy a bag instead of one plus bullets wireless 2. as the voucher was not getting applied on the headphones. and then also they fooled in the same way.

    The vouchers are working on selected accessories only. There is nothing one can do about that.
