VOUCHERS NOT WORKING !!! HELP !!!!

    I have a few referral & other vouchers ,
    which i am unable to use .
    I have complaint about this everywhere since june 2021.
    But no fix yet,
    i feel like cheated & on a verge to file a complaint.
    Last time my voucher even expired while ranting it about everywhere & oneplus called ,placed my order & promised , i wont be facing this again.
    But it is happening again .Referral vouchers are only working for unpopular accessories.

    Refferal vouchers are for all accessories and gears . T&C clearly says that .

    How redeem points
    To redeem points, OnePlus users can visit the referral hub to spend the referral points. OnePlus users can trade the referral points for vouchers, OnePlus accessories and gear. The validity of referral points is before December 31st, 2021. After December 31st 2021, all the remaining referral points will become invalid, which are no longer to be used for any purposes.

    That's the problem bro , the vouchers are not working for all accessories .

    They are mate, they are accesories .
    And i am not facing this issue for the first time .
    Last time also , i faced the same issue .
    OnePlus people called me up and created my order and i paid the remaining amount.
    But this time they are dead blank.
    I complained about dis on Facebook , twitter , customer care and mail too.
    But no response yet.

    I am just disappointed , haven't lost faith on OnePlus .🥂

    You mentioned that the Terms and Conditions said you could exchange the vouchers for any accessory or gear, but I don't see that mention anywhere. Can you tell me where that is mentioned explicitly, please?

    I have already shared a screenshot where it states referral vouchers so redeemed is for accessories and gears .
    Are you stating that , audio products and cases are not Accessories or Gear ?

    Hey David, even I am facing this issue. I am already getting in touch with customer care every day and they arent solving it.
    Earlier it used to work on all accessories, I can share order IDs and screenshots in which I used it to order power bank, charging cables and all the required accessories. Now it only works on specific accessories which I already have and don't need.
    Some of my friends too had similar issues, they got their issues resolved by customer care creating orders from their end. But even I am facing this issue.

    Exactly @dsmonteiro , we are not new members we are fanboys since OnePlus One days and benefited ourselves from this program like always.we are facing this issue since june 2021 to be specific. Please kindly help .
