Waiting for my replacement almost 4 weeks!

    Hello OnePlus Community,

    Im having Display issues with my OnePlus 8 Pro so i sent it back. Now on the 2th july 2020 they got my device. i got in the 2 weeks nothing info about my phone that makes me to contact the Support, they told me my device is in inspection but he needs to ask OnePlus for the replacement. I dont know, but there is something wrong. Why the even ask OnePlus? Now my device is stuck almost 4 weeks.

    Can i do something about it because i bought a phone for 900€ and waiting now like a month for the device? Thats not overall good support.
