Wallpaper settings missing on OP3 3.5.4 Oct 27, 2016

So I just got the new Pixel wallpaper on my homescreen and wanted it on my lock screen too, but it turns out that there's no option for "wallpaper" or "lock screen wallpaper" in settings, and even the old-fashioned symlink workaround doesn't work.

If you search settings (sometimes I could, then had to wipe settings data because it stopped being able to search for stuff.... seems to happen a lot unfortunately :L ) an option for wallpaper and lock screen wallpapers does indeed appear, but following that gives me (Settings>Display) where there normally ios an option, but it just isn't there, and seems to have been left out.

Has anybody else noticed this or found a workaround? Or am I just missing something obvious?
