    Cross posting from Reddit.

I recently picked up a op7 pro and have been loving all the features it provides over my previous 6t.

I noticed something off about the included charger and wanted to know if anyone else has noticed similar.

Monitoring device - Kill A Watt
    Phone - OP7 Pro < 20% battery

    2 different chargers -

The out the box charger with serial starting in H219
A spare Warp 30 I picked up off eBay serial starting H619

My out of the box charger will not charge @ more than 22 watts. This is dash speed. Or 4A.

The charger I received from eBay will charge @30 watts below 50% battery.

The print is slightly different between them but the phone displays "Warp Charge" while both are connected.

Any idea? Its probably a bad charger but was curious to the first few digits of everyone's charger serial numbers.

It doesn't charge at 30watts. What your wattmeter gives you is how much power is drawn from the grid. And AC power is different from DC power computing.
The only thing you can conclude is that at a given time, your unknown charger was drawing 1.64 times the power your original charger drawed.

Apart from this, there's nothing more to be said, as nobody can be sure your 3rd-party scalper is selling true original accessories.

Rated output on these bricks is 5v x 6A = 30 watts. It will provide the phone with 30 watts at anything below 45% unless it's hot.

Side note - I've tried two different cables. Same result.

I've weighed both. They are 1 gram apart. 83 vs 84 grams

This is right: output. Expressed for DC current.
But you're watching at input power.

sure. So if you see it's pulling 35 watts, factor in the efficiency loss it's probably close to 30.

Anyway..do you own a dash charger? Care to post the first 3 of the serial?
