Around a year ago I bought a the OnePlus 7T Pro, great phone, I bought it on a local retailer.
Fast forward a few months and I notice that my finger print reader had burnt my screen, yes, the big light it does plus the fact that it is on every time the screen is on managed to burn in the screen leaving a permanent scar on it

I decided to send it to my local retailer and they sent it to OnePlus where their diagnosis says the following: wrong handling or soiled device.
Excuse me OnePlus? You're telling that the fact I got a burn in on my screen due to you having a system of using a in screen finger print reader is totally my fault and totally not covered by warranty? This is so bullshit that it isn't even sad
